Native Californian, father of two adult children, with more than 35 years’ experience in Financial Services, Scott has a diverse background and experience in all aspects of consumer credit with an emphasis on residential lending / mortgage services. Today, Scott has leveraged his experience to establish himself as one of the areas EXPERTS in helping to educate “seniors,” and Realtors about how to use Reverse Mortgage lending products to allow Seniors to “age in

place,” and live out the “Golden Years,” comfortably, averting retirement taxation and without the worry of being a burden on family. In 2018 Scott was voted amongst the TOP 100 “Most influential Mortgage Executives” by Mortgage Originators magazine.

In 2025 Scott was selected as a nominee for “Santa Clarita Valley Man of the Year.” Additionally, Scott is actively involved with several local non-profit organizations, including former President of the Rotary Club of Santa Clarita Valley, Advisory Board Member, Salvation Army, and “Ally” to foster youth with FYI (Fostering Youth Independence).
